Helping businesses identify the challenges, see the opportunities, explore the possibilities.
In today’s fast-paced, rapidly-changing and complex business environment, CEOs, Board and business leaders find it increasingly difficult to isolate where change or improvement should occur across their organisations.
We work with medium-large organisations, helping them cut through the uncertainty and confusion by providing them with the insights and framework to achieve greater clarity and take appropriate action.
Our highly innovative business assessment and transformation methodology, 6C Framework, enables leaders to gain a whole-of-organisation view and understanding of their business capabilities (governance, strategy, finance & resourcing, management & operations, risk and workplace culture) allowing them to readily identify areas in greatest need of attention or determine where future opportunities lie.
At Graphite i2i we understand the importance of working in partnership with our clients – providing the insights but also assisting with implementation.
In addition to our whole-of-business transformation and improvement activity, we also handle smaller, more discrete one-off pieces of work such as strategy reviews and workshops, financial performance analysis, M&A advice and specific advice related to strategy, governance and corporate finance.
Jason is the managing director of Graphite i2i which he founded in 2012. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the business consulting sector, having worked in senior roles for Grant Thornton, Andersons, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, National Australia Bank and Ernst & Young – in Australia and the UK.
An innovator and thinker, Jason is constantly looking for new and better ways of assessing and resolving client problems and helping clients understand complexity, identify possibilities and create an aspirational future.
The idea for 6C Framework was crystallised while undertaking a major piece of work for a not-for-profit client, Uniting Church in Australia. It was during the project that he grasped the importance of an all-of-organisation approach to isolating and addressing business problems and addressing the demands of an increasingly complex.
